I’ve been doing design and conversion-focused work since 1987 — starting in print and direct marketing, then into web development through the 2000s and 2010s with clients including Pearson and Rio Salado College. Graphic design background, developer skills — in one person. No handoff delays, no “that’s a design problem, not a dev problem.”
From 2016 through 2025 I did enterprise-scale web and marketing work at Imagine Learning — landing pages, campaign experiences, Shopify storefronts, full marketing system builds. Before that I ran my own business in Gilbert — a gymnastics school from 2006 to 2009. I did my own SEO, built my own site, and learned firsthand what it costs when the online side doesn’t match the real operation.
That’s the owner-to-owner angle. I know what it’s like to be too busy to think about marketing. I also know what happens when you ignore it.
