Owner, Top Web Works

Starting from scratch is fine. Send the idea, offer, or current site if you have one. I'll reply with the website direction I'd recommend, what visitors should do next, and how follow-up should work. The prototype will be clean, modern, and built on the latest tech — so you can see the difference before you spend anything.

Rough notes are perfect. A few sentences is enough to get moving.

Frequently asked questions.

Every site is a complete custom build — design, content, images, forms, pipelines, workflows, follow-up sequences, and backend systems all wired up and tested before launch. That takes more than a few days done right. Most builds launch within a few weeks depending on how quickly we move through content rounds and approvals together. The more responsive you are, the faster we move.

Very little. Your business name, phone number, and a few details about what you do. I handle copy, setup, and launch. If you have a logo and photos — great. If not, I source professional stock imagery that fits your business. I don't do onsite shoots.

I can work with what you have or build something better — your call. Either way I'll give you an honest assessment of what's holding you back and what I'd do differently.

I build systems that are proven to work and I optimize continuously. Results depend on your market, your offer, and your ad budget — factors outside my control. What you can count on: I show up, deliver what I promised, report honestly, and never hide behind excuses.

Clean, modern, and built around your business — not a template. No remedial styles, no colors fighting for attention. Your imagery and content take center stage, designed to instill confidence the moment someone lands on your page. I'll show you exactly what I'd build before you spend anything — that's the whole point of the free preview.

Use the same form on this page. Just describe what you need — a wording tweak, a new section, a question about your plan — and I'll take it from there. Small changes are handled as part of your plan. Anything bigger gets scoped and quoted before work starts.

Never. Month-to-month only. Cancel anytime. I keep clients by delivering results — not by trapping them.

It's three steps. First, I build a free homepage prototype — no cost, no commitment. If it feels right, a 50% deposit ($499) starts the full build. The remaining balance is due when the site is complete and ready to launch. Your first month is included in the build — your monthly plan starts the following month.

Launch keeps your hosting, maintenance, live chat, lead capture, and pipeline running — leads come in, you get notified by email, and you follow up by calling them. Grow adds a business phone number, missed-call text-back, automated SMS follow-up, review requests, social content 2x/month, Google Business posts, and a monthly email to your customer list. Dominate goes further with larger email campaigns to your full customer list, a monthly campaign landing page, blog post, Meta ad campaign managed monthly, local SEO rankings tracked monthly, and a monthly strategy call. Anything beyond your plan is scoped and quoted separately before work starts.

Yes — hosting is included in every monthly plan for Next.js custom sites. Your domain is connected as part of the build and stays registered in your name. Shopify stores are the exception: store owners hold their own Shopify account and pay Shopify directly once live (~$29/mo billed annually).

Yes. Domain, content, customer data — all under your accounts. I host Next.js custom sites on my server, but files are available on request within 5 business days.

Yes. Every payment generates a Stripe invoice with a full breakdown. Stripe emails a receipt automatically at the time of each payment.

No — and any agency that promises that isn't being straight with you. SEO takes 3–6 months to show real movement. What I do from day one is build your site correctly, optimize every page for local keywords, and set up your Google Business profile. You're gaining ground from the start — just not overnight.

No. I can run Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads where customers fill out a form without ever leaving the app. Those leads are captured and followed up on by Top Web Works immediately. A website strengthens results — it gives people a place to learn more and builds trust before they reach out — but it's not required to start getting leads.

You control the budget and pay the ad platforms directly. Most clients start at $150–$300/month and scale up as leads come in. I agree on the budget with you before anything runs, and every dollar is tracked back to its source.

Everything is tracked. You get clear monthly reporting — exactly how many people saw your ad, clicked it, became a lead, and converted to a sale. No guessing. Just data. If something isn't working I kill it and find what does.

Social management is organic — building your brand and staying visible without paying for reach. Meta Ads is paid — I put your business directly in front of people ready to buy right now. Done together they're far more powerful than either alone.

A chat widget sits on your site. When a visitor sends a message, you get a notification on your phone. An instant confirmation lets them know the message was received. You can keep the conversation going from the desktop conversations tab or the mobile Lead Connector app — all your chats, texts, and emails in one place. If you can't respond right away, the automated follow-up keeps the lead warm until you can.

Every lead from your site, ads, or social is captured and routed into a pipeline automatically. At Launch, an instant email notification goes to you, a confirmation email goes to the lead, and an automated email follow-up sequence runs over the next few days — so no lead goes cold while you're on the job. At Grow and above, multiple automated workflows launch immediately: missed calls get an instant text-back, SMS and email sequences run in the background until the lead responds, and every conversation — text, email, chat — is in one inbox you can manage from your phone or desktop.

TWW CRM — a marketing system built into your website — captures every lead from forms, live chat, calls, and ads into one pipeline. Automated follow-up workflows trigger the moment a lead comes in, sending email sequences that keep running until the lead responds. You can reply, check status, or take action from your phone or desktop. At Grow and above, SMS sequences and missed-call text-back are added to the mix — along with review request automation and social scheduling — all managed by Top Web Works.

No — and we've tested it. When you contact a service business, you want to reach a real person — not a bot. AI calls, AI chat, and AI-generated responses work against that connection rather than building it. Nobody is available 24/7, but the right automated response buys time and sets the right expectation: a real person is coming. That moment of sincerity is what keeps a lead from calling the next number on the list. Every message in your follow-up system was written by a person, triggers based on what that lead actually did, and is designed to start a real conversation — not replace one.

Yes. Logo concepts, color palette, typography, and a full brand kit with all file formats. Quoted as a standalone project.

I don't do onsite shoots. If you have photos or video I'll edit and use them. If you don't, I use professional AI-generated imagery and quality stock that matches your business.
