This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect for our own business operations. If we help build or manage a client Shopify store, the client remains responsible for that store's customer-facing privacy disclosures and legal compliance.
Information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, and any phone number or contact information you provide.
- Project and business information such as your product category, store preferences, branding details, domain status, product counts, and materials you submit to us.
- Billing and transaction information when you pay for services. Payment card data is processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and is not stored by us in full.
- Communications you send to us, including emails, intake submissions, support requests, and attachments.
- Technical information generated by your browser or device, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar usage or log information made available by our hosting or service providers.
- Content and account information connected to our blog or CMS tooling, including information needed to operate content published through Sanity.
How we collect information

- Automatically from your browser, device, or hosting environment when you visit the site.
- From service providers involved in our operations, such as payment processors, CMS providers, or infrastructure vendors.
- From client-provided materials and store admin access when we provide Shopify setup or management services.

- To provide, manage, and improve our Shopify setup and ongoing management services.

How we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary for our business operations and service delivery. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- With service providers that help us operate the site or deliver services, such as hosting, Sanity, Stripe, email, or infrastructure providers.
- With Shopify and related account participants when we create, configure, transfer, or manage a client store.
- With professional advisors or legal authorities when needed for compliance, legal process, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, or business restructuring if personal information is part of the transferred business assets.
Cookies, logs, and browser signals
We and our service providers may use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies for security, site performance, content delivery, and basic functionality. We do not currently use the site to sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
At this time, the site does not materially change its behavior in response to general browser "Do Not Track" settings. If laws applicable to us require us to recognize a specific opt-out preference signal in the future, we will process that signal as required.
