Hosting included
Your site is hosted and maintained as part of every monthly plan — no separate hosting bill. Shopify stores are the exception: store owners hold their own Shopify account and pay Shopify directly (~$29/mo billed annually).
Custom work
Need something beyond your plan? Extra pages, design updates, content changes, logo refreshes, brand direction, automations, and special setup requests are available. We scope it first, agree on cost in writing, and invoice it separately from your retainer.
Ad spend
You control the budget and pay Facebook or Google directly. Small tests can start lower; for serious lead generation, $20–$30/day usually gives enough data to improve the campaign. We agree on the budget before anything runs, and every dollar is tracked.
SMS & email usage
Every retainer includes up to 500 SMS and 1,000 emails per month, covered by Top Web Works. High lead volume or broadcast campaigns may generate a small overage — billed at cost, no markup. Most clients stay well within it.
